Staff That Have Recommended You(if applicable): Why Should We Choose You? I have had a  lot of experience with star wars rp having 2000 hours on gmod and most of them going to swrp. I've had a lot of experience being staff on smaller servers and also larger servers. Im going to be an active member of the community playing a fair few hours each day depending on when the server gets released. Questions Why have you applied for staff? The server looks like its going to be really fun and enjoyable, so I want to dive deeper into the community and join the staff team. It's very fun to roleplay but to have even more fun I want to become a staff member as the server needs a few more. What separates you from other candidates? Im quite fair to any and all members of the community, just because I hate someone doesn't mean i'm going to keep warning them over and over again. I have a lot of experience compared to a lot of people, I understand the rules clearly and I know what to do in tough situations. What sort of person do you consider yourself? Kind and caring person, but I can also be strict when the time comes when I need to be. In what manner do you handle situations? Calmly and I take my time unless I need to think quickly in tough situations, normal I would take my time with making a decision even if I dont have to, but i'd rather not make mistakes and hear everyone out in the situation. I dont want to rush to a conclusion without thinking about it completely. On a scale of 1/10 how well known do you believe you are within the community? Not very well known maybe a 3/10 but when the server starts to go I will connect more with the community. Situation 1: 3 Cadets join the server and go off and act like a normal troopers. It comes to event time and everyone is in debrief and the cadets takes the opportunity to start being racist and start bringing up stereotypes that discomfort others and are being mingy and start to bully/harass the other troopers. What do you do? I bring all the troopers into a sit if any of the troopers blatantly said the n word i would ban them straight away as saying that isnt a joke. For the rest I would bring witnesses up if they have to say anything about them, then I would come to a conclusion and ban/warn who I need to. In this situation all of them would most likely be banned for a long duration around a week depending on what each of them did. Situation 2: 4 friends join the server and 3 of them are taking it in turns to RDM the rest of the server trying to see who can get the most amount of kills. The other Cadet however is just being a normal trooper but then starts to laugh when his friends continue and start harassing other troopers/players. You then ban the first 3 for mass RDM, what do you do with the 4th? If he didnt mass rdm then I would give him a warning/depending on what he did,  as the other would mainly get banned for the mass rdm not the harassing depending on what they said. The 4th friend would receive a warning and if he continues to do it I would ban him. He would most likely leave the server as his friends got banned. Situation 3: You see 2 or more staff/players arguing in front of a lot of people, it’s getting pretty bad and the argument has no end in sight, what do you do? Tell them to take it to discord or a quieter place as they should be representing the staff team not ruining the reputation. I would put a stop to it if its a massive argument but if they are a higher up like admin+ I would just tell them to get into a discord call or message.  As they are higher ranks of the staff team I cant tell them what to do i can only suggest what to do. Situation 4: What do you do when you hear someone threatens to DDoS or crash the server? I would permaban them or ask a higher rank to do it as ddosing isnt a joke and can completely take down a server. Agreement: By becoming a staff member on this server you agree to not abuse your powers and making sure you are mature and responsible. Be aware that you will also be watched closely before getting your moderator rank.
